Returns

As skin and hair care products are of a personal and hygienic nature, returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • If you received a different product from what you ordered.
  • The product is damaged or defective upon delivery.
  • Items are missing from your order.

To be eligible for return, refund or exchange:

  • Return must be requested within 24 hours of receiving the products.
  • Record clear unboxing video from the moment the package is being opened.
